In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

@Mustrum Probably related to BT Sport from Plusnet which needs a BT id to login, it is usually, but not necessarily your email address and there will also be a password, I would expect these would be set up when first accessing the service.

you should have received an email from plusnet on how to activate the BT sport app, the BT ID is the email address I used is the one I used when following these instructions.
Instructions I received
Your BT Sport App from Plusnet
Before you can get started, you'll need to register. Don't worry, we've got 7 simple steps below to get you all set up:
Step 1: Go to this link
Step 2: Enter your Plusnet username and postcode.
Step 3: Enter your personal and security details.
Step 4: If your email is not already registered for a BT ID, you'll be asked to create one. If your email is already registered for a BT ID, you'll need to login using your existing BT details. If you've forgotten your details, you'll be asked to reset your password to validate your email address and reactivate your BT ID.
Step 5:You will receive a confirmation email from BT to the email address you used in the registration. Please open this email and click 'Activate your BT ID', then follow any additional steps.
Step 6: Download the BT Sport App.
Step 7: Log in to your new BT Sport App and enjoy some sport
