@bobpullen  Timestamps for iPad: 1507, 1526, 1546, 1625, 1647

Note, these were done alternately using autofill, manual entry using user name and manually using email address, (starting with the first iPhone attempt).

@bobpullen Any update on this? There has been a further update to the Firefox application on the Apple platform, but the problem is still there.

0923 - Manual, using 'username'

@jab1 - The systems responsible for the OG problem have been checked and we don't think there's anything there that's contributing to your issue.

I'm also unable to replicate the problem using either an iPhone 7 or iPad Air running iOS 15.7.3 and Firefox 111.0.

To raise a seaparate issue for investigation, it's likely I'm going to need some more customer examples.

Have you tried logging in via a private browser window? Am I safe to assume the same happens in that scenario?

@bobpullen I must admit I haven't tried the 'private browsing' option - I'll try that and report back, but to be honest, I don't really think it is worth spending much more time on this. The only time I need to log into the Members Centre these days is if a query crops up in a request for help from another user - and I don't reply to queries when I'm away from the laptop, if I'm out, I'm out.

Bob - call this solved, although it isn't. i get the same response in private browsing on both the iPad and phone - and that forces me to manually enter the details.

Ugh! I really don't like leaving loose ends untied, but agree it's probably not worth investing any more effort into this one at the moment as the cause isn't obvious.

I'm happy to revisit that stance though should anybody else come along with similar problems.
