Can't view offers and upgrades?

My contract ends in less than a month and I want to view my options but can't because my account says "Something's gone wrong, please wait until we've finished updating your broadband service before making another change." and my account has been showing me this for a good few months beforehand too and I was wondering if this could be fixed for me, it has me worried that I won't be able to change stuff before I get charged more out of contract.

@CosyCurtis There is, apparently a 'known problem' with the Member Centre which is under investigation, although if it has been displaying this for a while it may be unrelated.

My suggestion is to call Customer Support and ask them to give your account a kick.
