An account with Plusnet be taken over by another person?
I have a reason for asking this question. If it can be, then it has the possibility of simplifying some matters (reduced downtime and avoiding BT balls-ups for starters)
I don't think so having seen a few references to such transfers. As a legal contract it might require a formal changeover, while convenient it would require work outside an ISP's normal processes.
Changeovers of other 'essential' services can happen without service interruptions. Taking on a previous 'supplier' of the service isn't that uncommon. It happens with each and every house move.
@greygit1 Generally Plusnet do not transfer accounts to another person, a new contract would be required. There may be exceptions to this such as bereavements.
