I don't wish to renew

Hello,

I no longer wish to renew my contract with PlusNet, which is coming up shortly. Doesn't seem like there's anywhere to note this on my account? Not sure why? So I'm leaving this here ,on 'x' and on your support Email.

Whilst the communication with yourselves has been average, I had an experience today with a member of your call centre staff who was obtuse in his manner, unprofessional, insincere, arrogant and an extremely rigid individual.

When i conduct business with mega corporations i expect the bare minimum when it comes to service / interaction. I like to sit in the background as much as possible, whilst receiving a fair deal.

On the one / two occasions i have to communicate with a person, i expect them to be empathetic and understanding. Particularly when I'm parting with my money. The individual doesn't have to agree with me, not one bit, but i expect them to carry out a basic level of decorum when representing the business, which their employer pays them for.

The person i spoke to today was an instigator, he was looking for opportunities to verbally attack me and label me negatively. This type of inflammatory behaviour is unacceptable in business and he has lost you a good / valuable customer today.

I've now taken my business elsewhere.

I've tried contacting you on 'x' but I've received no response as of yet.

I shall contact your e-mail (support@plusnet) to confirm that i don't wish to renew with your business.

NB - Your constant need to upgrade your customers at every given opportunity is quite frankly a terrible experience and exhausting.

Kindest regards

Mr Kennedy

@xmrstew

You won't get much traction with the support email address as it's not monitored

The cancellation policy is detailed here https://www.plus.net/help/legal/cancellation-policy/

Suggest you read "Moving to a new provider"

Re: I don't wish to renew

Thank you Dan.

I wasn't surprised to learn this, it bounced back instantly.

Many thanks
