Cancel my contract

My contract has 8 months left out of 12 months, I want to cancel my contract halfway through, where and how do I apply? Can I specify the date I want to cancel my contract? I am hoping to end my contract on 31 August. Is there any other way to apply other than over the phone, and do I have to return the router?

If you wish to cancel a contract, you can do so either by phone or letter - Recorded Delivery to:

Note you will be liable for Early Termination Charges.

You will need to return the router as it is only loaned to you during your contract. If you do not return it there is a £50 fee.

Make sure that you factory reset it before sending back.
Was a member for years, but moved from PN fttc to fttp from an AltNet. Getting 940Mb up and down. Happy to stay on here and try to help others. 
