Cancellation of broadband

Hi,

I have requested my broadband to be cancelled and was told by customer service, after putting me hold to fill out a form, that this was all done. But I have not heard anything or had any confirmation of this.

Is this normal? Or should I contact them again?

When you say you you have requested your broadband to be cancelled, is that just with PN, or totally? Are you moving to another provider or technology?

I think you will find this is normal, although you will receive a final bill.

Totally, as I have had full fiber installed recently. 

I was part of a Plus Net / BT trial which has come to an end, thus why I wanted to cancel the broadband.

Ok I guess i should wait a couple of days! Thanks!

Presumably the FF is with an altnet?

yes it's with Lightspeed as they installed it before anyone else
