Cancellation of my contract

Good morning,

I called you two times and I said I will leave from the UK permanently on 31st July 2024,

And Plusnet said and confirm that you will end my contract on 01st August 2024 and you will send my last bill around 21st August 2024,

But I can`t see my updated contract end date, after I will leave from the UK, I can`t call you again,

Is it possible update my contract end date on my page and  send my last bill before 21st August 2024?

I am looking forward to hearing from you,
