Cannot renew contract, keep getting error?

Hi, my contract is for renewal at end of this month, for past week or so i've been trying to renew via my account but get greeted with
Something’s gone wrong
Due to a temporary issue we are unable to provide you with upgrades or contract renewals at the moment, please try again later.
You may be able to resolve the issue yourself by refreshing the page, logging out and back in again, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
If this problem persists please contact us on 0800 432 0200
If i login and click on Offer and Upgrades sometimes the page will load and show current offer/upgrades othertimes it shows above error, when it does load i choose same package i got now but when submitting i get error above.
I have cleared cache and cookies, tried via firefox and safari, tried doing it with and without using my vpn and via my phone browser over 5g mobile network and still same issue, obviously there's an issue plusnet end, is this going to be fixed? been trying for days now.

@triceratops I suggest you ring Plusnet and arrange the renewal over the phone.

Hi,
Sadly i do not trust renewing on phone, did it once before and they screwed it all up by giving me and charging me for a service that i never agreed to which cost more and take multiple calls to sort out, so since then would rather do it online, Will see if it changes it next day or so.
