I have changed my name by deed poll, please can you change my name on my account

As discussed here - Fixed: Name change request - Plusnet Community - you will need to SPEAK with someone, either by arrangement here, or by calling the support desk.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

It would probably be quicker if you called the customer support number yourself.
