Change of broadband

Ave had a text n emails about full fiber been connected in my property but I have fiber broadband already and don't remember signing up for this

Are you on "Fibre" or "Full Fibre"? There is a difference..

 

In a victory of the marketing bods over common sense the old FTTC is known as Fibre and the new fibre optic network is known as Full Fibre.

Then it means Full Fibre is now available and you can upgrade if you so wish. You can check using hte following

https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL

 

You're looking for WBC FTTP in the results window. Another way is to login to your PlusNet Members page and see what upgrades are available.

 

Note that going to Full Fibre costs you your landline if this matters.
