I have got married and want to change my name - I have contacted you countless times thorough "X" and I never get a response. Can someone please change my name and then re-issue a bill in my new name for ID purposes

Duplicating posts is not a good practice. When a Plusnet staffer picks up your original post, they will contact you via PM and request the relevant information.
It is not possible to 'reissue' an already generated invoice.

When a Plusnet staffer picks up your original post, they will contact you via PM and request the relevant information.
@jab1 a staffer already replied and requested a PM with the account name so they could raise a ticket for the required information.
@lisarussell84 did you send a PM as requested on the original thread ?
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
