@lisarussell84 when one of the Plusnet help team see this thread , they should create a 'ticket' on your account which should explain how to send the documentation
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

The difference this time is if you click on "Staff lahbrannan1" you'll be messaging a named person. Once you've clicked on his name their profile will come up which includes a link to PM them.

@lisarussell84 so to be clear , you sent a PM to @lahbrannan1 using the forum private messaging facility ? i.e not using X ?
That message can be picked up by any of the forum staff and If that's the case I would have expected tehm to have replied on the original thread.
I'm going to try and get the mods to merge these two threads so everything is in the same place

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

@lisarussell84 you can , and you have. A staff member picked up the post and requested the account name so that they can raise a ticket to which you can reply with the information needed to change the name. You've sent a PM and staff will process it but I'm afraid its not instant. TBH staff presence on the forum looks a bit light today so it may take longer than normal to reply.
As regards a contact number, there's an 'About us' link at the bottom of every forum page. If you click that and scroll down, the contact number for Customer support is there, For info its +44-330-1239-123.
