Charged £63.48 instead of £23.76 a month..... WHAT?!?!

So, my contract with Plusnet is not due to end until near the end of this month yet they have just sent me an email which prompted me to log into my online account to see they have charged and taken £63.46 this month?

Can someone urgently explain WHY please and how do i get this back pronto?

From the breakdown , your discount only applied for 1 day i.e 24/02 so it would appear that the 'system' thinks your contract ended on the 25th Feb.

Plusnet accounts always mess up renewals (Assuming you have renewed?) I would advise you to give them a call, have all your details ready, as the staff cannot monitor this forum as much as they would like.
