Charged for Norton Protect when never asked for this

I've received my bill for this month to find out for the past months Norton Protect was automatically added to my account without my permission; upon checking my past emails I found TWO emails on Thursday 23/06/2022 at 13:42 confirming my acceptance into the addon AND confirming the REMOVAL of said addon from the account.
Neither of these were done by myself and seem automated, and yet it seems like the addon remain activated without my knowledge or permission and as of this post I've gone into my account and manually removed the addon.
If this WAS a mistake I would like a refund, if not I am requesting ANY automated service addon NOT to be put on my account without a direct say so from myself

I'm really sorry to see what's happened. I've refunded the charge which you should receive in your bank account within 5 to 10 working days, either before we take your latest payment or shortly after.
I can see Plusnet Protect is currently removed so you shouldn't see any further charges for this moving forward.
