Charged incorrect price on first bill

I have been overcharged on my first bill after upgrading and signing up to a new contract. It should be £26.99 a month however I have been charged £43.05 including two lien rentals of £20.54 and £5.99 I don’t even have line rental on this new contract as the phone line has been removed. Please can some rectify this
