Charged more than contract amount

I’ve just received my bill for this month and I’ve been charged £13.44 more than my contracted amount. I have 2 months left on my current contract and I can’t see any reason why I’ve been charged extra. Can anyone help?

If you have PN landline, have you made any phone calls outside your package? All too easy to run up a hefty bill in this way. Otherwise, best give PN a ring, the agents monitor this forum as best they can but sometimes take a while to pick up.

@bethb217  Have a look at the detail of the bill and look for any unexpected charges.

I have line rental but no actual landline phone. I only use mobile which isn’t with PN.

I’ve just checked previous bills and it looks like my discount is usually £23.14 but this month it’s only £9.70 which is where the £13.44 difference comes in - but still can’t see a reason why.
