Charges after leaving

Hoping someone can assist me.

I switched over to Virgin media towards the end of October, with the full transition (phone porting) complete on the 2nd November. PN also sent the ‘sorry you’re leaving’ letter stating the full transfer will be made by the 6th November.

Having checked my bills, plusnet have billed me £66.15 on the 10/11/23. Could you please look into this and rectify the matter?
