Hello,
The last bill I received seemed a little too high which prompted me to look into what I was being charged for. I find that I am being charged for mobile calls from my landline. I am paying for 'Anytime International 300' at a cost of £9.41. Why am I paying additional call charges? And can I get a refund for all the overcharging since the current contract started.
Thanks
Fixed! Go to the fix.

From my reading uk mobile calls are not included unless you pay an extra £3 for 100 minutes worth. https://www.plus.net/help/legal/residential-phone-tariffs/#anytime-international

Mobile calls aren't included in the Anytime International plan unless you have the Mobioe add on which includes 100 minutes for £3/month.

Thank you @Baldrick1 and MisterW.
This is the page I have been searching for but could not find.
That explains it, I don't pay the extra £3, normally preferring to use 'mobile to mobile'. Occasionally the signal is poor and I revert to using the landline to call mobiles. I will review that policy.
Thanks.

@Bargy good idea, calling mobiles from a landline without a call plan that includes mobiles is very expensive. If you suffer from poor mobile signals then it might be worth considering a voip account such as https://www.localphone.com . Call rates to UK mobiles are 1.8p/min with no connection charge. You could use a voip smartphone app on your mobile to make the call via your broadband connection. With some voip providers you can register your mobile or landline number as the outgoing CLI so calls would appear to be coming from that
