@Cancel I assume from the 'Label' you put on your post that you have a speed issue. That is no reason to close an account, which can't be done via the forum anyway.
What you need to do is explain your problem, and then we can possibly help you to get your problem sorted.

You can't close an account by posting on this public forum. To do this you must contact Plusnet.
If you are still in a contract then unless you have reported the fault, given Plusnet sufficient time to get the issue fixed and got their agreement you will be levied termination charges,
As @jab1 states, if you explain your problem here then help/advice on the best way to resolve a speed problem will be forthcoming..

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
