Hi I've just received an email stating that I'm in credit, but my account was SUPPOSED to have been closed. SO they took the payment and credited my account when I have no service.
Why is Plusnet still taking money on a closed account. Plus how do I get back the money they've already taken.

Also, how long ago did you move away? If your bill was generated before you left (even if it was after you giving notice) you would still be billed the full amount. You'd then get a final bill around 20 days (I think that's the right time frame) later, which would likely be a refund. It is usually only after that the account is closed down.
