@M4rk72 The two accounts are run as separate services, so unfortunately you can't combine the two. If you make the dates the same, they should leave your account at roughly the same time.

I think the problem is that mobile and broadband have different Direct debit processing times, since they are completely separate as @jab1 says. So even if you set the dates the same on each account, they may well actually be debited on different dates.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
