Hey there,
So I started a thread in "my order" following failed installation due Jan 6th - Installation was finally completed 3rd March.
I was told that I would receive £6.10 compensation on my account per day that my service was not activated.
It's been over 30 days now since finally being activated and I have not received any notification/email of compensation owed nor is the credit appearing in my account under the billing section.
If I am mistaken could you please clarify when/where I will be able to view the amount of monies owed and if I am not, could you please sort.
Thank you!
Fixed! Go to the fix.

When I was due compensation from Plusnet for the time it took to repair a fault a few years ago, the compensation never showed in my account anywhere until the next bill was produced and it was shown as a refund on that - meaning a lower Direct Debit payment for that month.
You probably also have to allow a few days for Plusnet to process the compensation.
When was your next billing date after 3rd March?
Dependin on the dates, it may appear on your April bill.

Makes sense, recent bill was produced 27th March.
I'm looking at around £350 compensation for 60 ish days late activation, so I'm hoping you're right and I'll see this in my next bill.
Thanks

"I'm looking at around £350 compensation"
Then depending upon which package/price you are on, you won't actually be paying anything for quite a few months! 😀

So I've just received an email stating that I will receive £91.60 compensation - this would imply that the delay was only 15 days.
My install date was 06th January - Completion and service activation date was 03rd March.
Can I please have this resolved?
Thank you.

@HitcherAJC Hi there, It seems @Gandalf has beat me to this one and already applied the remainder of credit you were due.
If I'm right you should've received a couple of emails stating you're due a credit.
All the best

You are very correct and I was mistaken, my apologies.
There are 3 emails but gmail has collapsed them so I only initially saw the one!
Thank you
