@MaherGBR Unfortunately, you can only contact PN via phone for this type of account-specific query. There is no email address.

@MaherGBR

Your only other hope is a staff member will pick up on this thread soon and is able to help via private messaging and your PlusNet Portal.

That might be an increasing problem as Plusnet customers abandon their landline phones in the run up to the December 2025 nationwide analogue phone line switch off.

Re: Contact email or live chat?

@Anonymous Agreed, but I would suspect a vast majority of internet users also possess mobile phones. I assume PN, and other ISPs will be aware of this (potential) issue and will make alternatives available, although...

Re: Contact email or live chat?

That wouldn't work for me from next week !.

Until now I could call Plusnet using my analogue landline phone - BUT I'm days away from migrating to VoIP.

Going forward with the house phone replaced by VoIP and say I was trying to contact Plusnet because the broadband was playing up (and therefore the VoIP couldn't make calls because of no broadband).  My mobile phone has barely enough signal (most days) to ring when the handset is indoors BUT I have to rush outside and get away from the house BEFORE I can make/take a voice call - otherwise the 2G connection will drop.  Attempting debugging broadband settings while on a mobile call from the far end of the garden would be impossible.

Similarly, most of my elderly neighbours don't own a mobile phone - because why would you when there is virtually no coverage

Re: Contact email or live chat?

I have a much simpler problem: nasty throat infection and I've lost my voice.

Got a simple solution: if they won't provide the means of communication, I'll just renew with someone else (for less money). Solves the problem...

I just did,  I'm just waiting for Openreach to handover my FTTC and landline phone to my new ISP - probably next week

Have you checked what upgrade/renewals are available in your Plusnet "Member Centre" under Offers and Upgrades
