Contacting Plusnet

Hi, I'm trying to contact Plusnet to cancel my contract which expires in 2 weeks. I can't call but can't see another way to contact them. I've tried Twitter/X but no response and I've tried the Chat function in My Account but there's never anyone there. Any suggestions welcome

@Jill8715 are you transferring to another supplier OR just cancelling ?

If transferring , then unless its to Virgin media or an altnet FTTP supplier, then there's no need to contact Plusnet, the new supplier will handle it all.

If just cancelling, then I'm afarid there's no alternative to calling.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
