Contract Delay and Overcharging

I entered into a new contract with Plusnet on 5 january 2024 to reduce my monthly fee to £25.99 per month for 24 months. However 2 months on, I am still being charged £47.76.

Plusnet have been found guilty of overcharging before and it looks like they are upto their old tricks.

Does anyone know the best way to resolve this? Preferably in writing in case things escalate?
