Contract discount doesn't seem to be applied to my monthly bill

Hi there just wondering if a staff member could look into this for me

Back in October I upgraded to the Full Fibre 900 package, there have been some delays in getting it installed and it was finally installed and activated on the 1st December.  I checked my account and it seems I am being charged the full out of contract ammount (£62.92) per month.  When I initially requested the upgrade back in october I was quoted the discounted monthly price of £43.99 as I am in a 24 month contract.

Just looking to see if this can be somewhat clarified or resolved please.  I have the original contract summary information email from October and it does state that my monthly price will be £43.99 however I recieved another one of these the day my full fibre 900 was activated and it says it's £63.92.

Many thanks

Johnathan

Oh dear, the PNet accounts system gremlin strikes again! You are supposed to get the contract rate from day one but quite often nobody tells the gremlin who grabs the full rate on renewal. All being well the extra amount will be refunded against your second bill, but if you are doubtful I suggest you give PN a ring, have your details ready and they will sort it out.
