Hi
After cancelling a FTTP upgrade ( see thread below ) my contract end date is still showing in my member centre as 31st Jan 2027.
FTTP order dragging on - can I get the Hub 2 sent ... - Plusnet Community
The advisor I spoke to on Tuesday 8th April stated they would cancel the order & my contract end date would return back to what I had previously signed up to back on 23/09/2024 - a 18 month contract for unlimited fibre extra including line rental.
So can I ask what is my true contract end date?
Has it returned to 23/03/2026 like I was told over the phone OR am I now stuck in a contract until 31/01/2027?

I have had a look into this issue for you, and I can see that the product change was cancelled, but it does not appear to reflect this on the contract. I would suggest giving our Customer Options Team a call at 0330 1239 123 so they can revert this for you. Unfortunately, myself and the rest of the help team are unable to help restore your old contract, but that team will be able to take a look into it for you.
