Contract renewal error


I am getting error 'You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.'
Can someone help?

@rogerdbate  Welcome to the forum.

If you have an offer that you want to accept before this is resolved then ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 and talk to them. This number is normally answered quite quickly.

Wont give me an offer with issue there. Over the phone they can do nothing until the issue is resolved. In the meantime I'm being charged extortionate monthly bills.
It's really getting me down - its an issue that just shouldn't be an issue. If its not fixed soon then I will be moving.
