Contract renewal query

I recontracted on 17/4/23 for 24 months @£24.99 but when i log into my account it says £26.53.

Missed an email with new contract summary, it says line rental £24.99 a month then £26.53 from month 25.

Can plusnet cs staff sort this out please. My bill is due next week and i want it to be correct.

Hi @maxheadroom I've just fixed the discounts for you to correct the billing so it shows at the correct amount for your deal now.
