Contract renewal stuck because of "phone order in progress"

It's contract renewal  time and I'd really like to stay with Plusnet... but after 18 months it seems I still have a phone order going through, and I can't do anything until that's put right.
 
I know I'm not the only person to have the same issue here; could someone at Plusnet sort it for me please?

I'm sorry you are experiencing this and I can appreciate how frustrating it is at the time when you just want to get things boxed off.   Can you try it again now as it should be fix? Smiley
