Contract upgrade

I recently renewed my broadband contract with a 24 month deal with a confirmation email at £24.99. On looking at my online account it suggests a monthly payment of £26.53. Could you explain this to me please?

Hey there @irmarsay sorry about the delay in getting back to you. At the moment there are only 2 front line staff on the forum and we are still doing Twitter and Facebook as well.

I have sorted out the discounts. Not entirely sure why they are different to what you agreed but it's now sorted for you
