Customer service are unreachable

I have tried for 8 days to speak to someone about my account. I used facebook messaged, installed twitter, and the live chat is hopeless. I cant clal the number as phone mast is down in my area and i just do not know what to do.

Every time i try the live chat it wont let me speak to an agent, just a bot that keeps referring me back to help forum.

Has anyone got any advise how to speakto them, im desperate and need it sorted today.

Hi @Bjlawlor1993 

 

I assume you have working internet service & landline phone service?

I can think of two possibilities:

1) Use a Landline phone, maybe borrow a phone and plug into your phone socket?

2) Depending on your mobile phone network and phone type, it might support WiFi calling?
