Direct debit date

Trying to move my direct debit date and it won’t allow me, says account can’t be changed due to account changing.

This has been the same for months but assumed it was as if logged in close to DD date.

How do I change DD date.

Hi @Parks I've raised a task to get this error removed from your account. I should get an update within 72 hours. You'll then be able to change the billing date.

Hi. This still hasn’t been resolved. Tried to change DD date this morning and still won’t allow it. Can some one look into this urgently. Thanks

I've been able to replicate this on your account so I'll need to raise this for investigation

As soon as we know more we'll be in touch

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role

A simple change of a DD date is becoming a joke, this was raised weeks ago and needs resolving urgently. Even Sky would have addressed this by now!
