Direct debit payments still not been taken

Hi when I joined plusnet in May I made the initial payment on a debit card and set up a direct debit. I can see it is set up with my bank, but nothing has been taken as yet and we are 3 months in. The portal is also still stating phone order incomplete and when I try to manage my account it isn't showing any issues that payments are overdue. Received nothing from plusnet to say overdue should I just be patient and wait. Anyone else experienced this?

Hi @bexxydavis 

I've manually completed the phone order as it looks like this was stuck in our systems following your service activating, so we'll begin charging for the service moving forward from the next bill date.

Let me know if there are any further issues.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
