Discount disappeared after price increase

Hi, it seems the change of discount on my bill dated 12/04/2023 are not in line with the price increase. It showed discount -£12.68 compared with -£19.55 in March. Moreover, no discount has been shown on bill in May. It seems it has charged incorrectly for 2 months. Can a member of staff look into this please? Many thanks.
