Discount ends before contract does

Hello

My current contract ends on 18/2 and ive signed onto a new full fibre contract at end of the which I presume starts on 28/2, the installation day.

My latest bill shows cost of line rental and fibre until 18/2 however the discount is only up until 15/2.

Can someone please explain why they would would be different.

Hi there, this is as the contract and the discounts run together for the duration based on the date you took the new contract which looks to have been done on the 16th in your case.
