Discount not applied any more

I have just looked at my latest bill, and the discount I used to have of ~£12 isn't on there. There is still 7 months left on the contract. Can anyone help?

We’re quite chocka right now, so it’s taking a little longer than I’d usually like to get back to customers and I'm sorry about that.
