Discount not showing up on the bill

I recently renewed by broadband contract with Plusnet. When I renewed, I think they told me the discount they had given me wouldn't show up on my first bill but would show up thereafter. But now I am receiving bills for the full amount of the broadband without any discounts being included. Has anyone else had this issue?

If you renewed the contract in the last few days of the old it's likely that the out of contract DD had already been set up on your account. If so, you will be charged the full out of contract rate for the first month but the extra should be applied as a credit to your account and will come off next month's bill.

No, as I say, this is not my first month's bill. This is the third bill since the change.

I've refunded the overcharge to your bank account which you should receive within the next 5 working days. I've also applied the right discounts so that you should be charged correctly moving forward.
