Looking at my account we still have Plusnet ADSL Broadband Unlimited 4-10MB, and have noticed the package detail says "phone line included", We've been on the package for a long time.
Is this accurate and that it includes line rental/calls, as parents have been paying for a separate and pricey BT landline and call package.
