One of the Help team should pick this thread up and raise a 'ticket' requesting the information needed for the transfer. Might take a day or two for a reply though.
If its a .uk domain, then you will need the IPSTAG for the new registrar. For other domains they will provide an EPP code
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
