Email from Plusnet

Good evening,

I recieved an email from Plusnet saying good talking to you and offering me the same deal I am on now, but for less money.

all sounds great, only I haven't contacted Plusnet about anything anytime lately. anyone else received a similar email?

just want to confirm this is legite, before I am signin up for it?

Thanks for reaching out and apologies for the confusion here. To be honest, it's confused be as well because I've just gone into the account and can't see any emails sent to you. Are you able to click on the sender's name and provide us with the full email address?
