Enquiry

Hiya folks, am new to this so hopefully I'm in rite place lol
Anyhoos I've seen a thing online stating if you want to goto another broadband provider and you owe the other provider some money it states that even if you owe them money they cannot stop you getting a new provider ,I was gonna attach a pic but don't know how to on here,as I've got mental health issues so thanks for letting post this, ade

You can leave at anytime to switch to a new provider.
There will be early termination charges if you are still in contract (see https://www.plus.net/help/my-account/early-termination-charges/)
You'd have to call PN to get the detail though.

Good morning @Ade67x

@dvorak is right, we can't stop you from joining another provider if you wish to. Check out your contract though, if you're still in it, you might be charged Early Termination Fees once you leave. If you're out of contract, you'll likely get a pro rata refund from us once you leave, so I wouldn't cancel our direct debit. Smiley
