Error: change already in progress

Went to renew my contract.

Changed Anytime first, while I was in the dashboard - which is now functioning like a 737Max, i.e. I cannot renew my contract because it says Error: change already in progress.

Is there anyone who knows what is going on?

@Teuchter A bit like BT and their systems, the PN one can only handle one at a time - or so I believe.

Ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 and they will sort your renewal. There's rarely much of a wait on this number.

Hi there,

You'll need to wait until your call plan change has gone through before you can renew your contract online. Alternatively if you can ring Customer Options on 0800 013 2632, they should be able to change your call plan and renew together. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Thanks Gandalf, but that's what I feared.

I have an antipathy to hanging on to a phone on speaker while I wait for a human. I'll wait and see if the dashboard lets me renew tomorrow or the following day.

No problem, though there's normally not much of a wait to get through to Customer Options.

... and you'll probably get a better deal ... especially if FTTP is now available in your location.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
