Error in monthly bill is this a known issue?

Hi
Just got my bill reminder through, given my contract was for 24 months and not due to end until September 2022 I am shocked to see its gone from the agreed £5.50 to nearly £26!!!
This looks like an error but there is no way to send an email or start a ticket to ask what is going on.
Are other members bills ok?

The fact that your bill was so low suggests that you had a Line Rental Saver deal in operation. These only last a year and can no longer be renewed. The new price suggests that you are now being charged line rental

Ah that does sound familiar, I am fed up with not being able to sync things so they all latch up lol.
You say it can no longer be renewed?

Having been with PN for many years and now with John Lewis whose broadband and phone products are provided by PN I can say YES mistakes are made, however in my own experiences they are usually sorted after contacting customer services.
Unfortunately that does not mean it can't happen again 😞

That’s correct. You now have to pay line rental monthly.. You need to check that they charge you the Line rental rates and contract conditions that was in place when you took out your 24 month contract.
