Error message on log on

Please help. I joined plusnet a month ago.

I get the message on logging into my online account. I need to disable 1571 so I can use my landline answer phone:

You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.

I've picked this up for you and will get a task raised to our billing team to get the error removed that's preventing us from making changes to the account, it may take a day or two but I'll get back to you as soon as that's been done.

Cheers for your patience! It looks like the issue should have cleared now so please try making any changes to the account that you need to and it should be fine. Please let me know if there's any further issues though.
