Error on account- you cannot make any changes. Months later.

Hello,
We've had an email that we can now upgrade to full fibre, so I was logging in to have a look. However, there is a constant message on my account saying no changes can be made an error has occured. I initially put it down to renewing our contract but it's been months now and the message is still there so I can't do anything. Any advice?

I tried calling you noting there was no answer, I hope you have received my voicemail.

 

I have contacted the accounts team and they have rectified the issue that was preventing you from logging in, I also have a colleague that is happy to call you back to discuss any new offers/upgrades that may be available, please let me know a date and time for the call back to be arranged.

Thank you so much, I'm at work at the moment so can't take any calls. But thank you. I'll be available from next Monday to take calls as not working then.
