I wonder if someone could help me?

Ive read the example calculation for ETC but don’t know what the actual figure is that Plusnet deduct.

If I were to cancel 1 full month before end of broadband and line rental with call package what would the ETC be?

the monthly fee for broadband and call package is 

£29.28
deduct Vat @20% = £24.4
Plusnet Deduct amount they save ( What is this amount example says £12?). £12.4
Deduct 1%. £12.276
Add vat leaving ETC of £14.7312

is this correct, can someone confirm Plusnet deduct £12 for their savings on an early cancellation?
