Export itemised historic call list

Trying to export the itemised call list for the year and the filter doesnt work for me - what am I doing wrong?

View unbilled calls 

Your itemised call list for current billing period is given below

When I select the drop down to the right of the Date column and select different filters eg Current Year etc nothing happens

I can get either the current month or No items for the filters applied

Hi @ceemjay, thanks for getting in touch. If you're looking for previous call charges then viewing the unbilled call charges will only show call charges you've made for the current month before the invoice generates. On the same page there should be an invoice breakdown for each month and scrolling down on each will show the call charges and calls made for that month.
