FTTP Delayed Install Date & Billing

Good morning,

Following my upgrade from Unlimited Fibre Extra, my FTTP install date was delayed from April 4th to April 21st, so I have been switched on for just three weeks tomorrow, yet I am being billed for a full month's usage - according to my account, from my sign-up date of March 9th. So, I was still on Unlimited Fibre Extra until April 21st. Is this a billing error?

My Billing will be a little complicated too because I am also due to receive automated compensation for the delayed installation, automated billing failed to include a discount, which has now been refunded, and I downgraded my FTTP tariff yesterday too. 

Any help would be appreciated.
